Genix Target combines the hugely successful Genix configurable signal conditioning system with high-end processing capability. It's a complete simulation solution, with PC, I/O cards, power supply and signal conditioning all integrated into one powerful and compact unit.

Which Real-time software?

As always, we have built in flexibility and industry-standard interfaces. The system supports RT-LAB from HIL Simulation Test Systems Technologies,  xPC Target from The MathWorks and a range of Windows based software.

Program in Simulink ®

SimuLink® or Stateflow can be used to deploy auto-generated MatLab ‘C’ code rapidly onto the hardware, and a  SimuLink® block is provided to allow the hardware to be configured as the model is initialised.

Rack Based

To support a wide range of applications, Genix Targets are available in different Rack sizes and processor variants.

I/O Support

Using off-the-shelf cards from a wide range of hardware suppliers, Genix Targets use either PC104 or PCI cards (according to model) for the low level I/O signals. These connect to the Genix Signal Conditioning Cards to provide a wide range of real-world high performance I/O.

Intuitive User Interface

Using VISUALCONNX, our common user interface software for creating custom interfaces to your target, you can quickly create sophisticated forms and scripts to allow access to the real-time model running in the target hardware.

Vehcicle Dynamics Simulation

Genix Targets are particularly suitable for running CarSIm and TruckSim in Real-Time.
