If you wish to play at a higher rate than 500us it is possible to do so via the optional LVTGO BNC input, driven from an arbitrary waveform generator that can generate signals in excess of 100 KHz analogue bandwidth.

The LVTGO software has a trial period of 30 days, during which you can use all features without a licence.

We offer USB Dongle licensing for the LVTGO.

This licensing option allows for the installation of the LVT GUI across many PCs, and the use of the LVTGO via any one of these PCs at a time.

The best way to interface with LVTGO and retain full functionality is to use a DCOM interface to communicate with the LVTest program running in VISUALCONNX.

Sample code with bindings for VB6, VB.Net and C# exist, and there is also a set of convenience wrappers for Python 3.X.

All features appropriate to automation of the LVTGO should be usable using the COM interface.

Any software that supports COM should be able to use this interface to automate the LVT functionality.

The COM interface described above has practically all functions of the unit available via the GUI.

We have several applications in use by customers using this method, for example for automating infotainment testing.

The LVTGO offers the ability to input captured waveforms as csv data for delivery to a device under test.

These files are imported into the LVTest GUI, resampled and stored within the memory of the LVTGO hardware.

The COMMDongle connects to PC via USB, and can connect to CAN via a range of form factors, using adaptors manufactured by add2.

We supply COMMDongle USB CAN interfaces alongside a piece of software called CANsurf.

This simple utility allows users to manually compile messages for transmission, see time-stamped data transmitted and received and log this data.
