Hardware-in-the-loop testing applications
Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing is a test methodology that can be used throughout the development of...
Find out moreThe HIL H1-Pinch modules are pinch sensor simulator fixed purpose signal conditioning modules designed to simulate two state resistive output sensors in hardware-in-the-loop test systems.
Typical applications are finger trap or ‘pinch’ sensors for windows. The output current is predominantly proportional to the applied voltage over the working range of the module.
The output is optically isolated from the HIL side and can be configured via links as single-ended source or sink or deferentially connected isolated lines.
The pinch module has an optically isolated current sink interface allowing the carrier jumpers to be set to allow the module to be externally wired for sink, source or application defined configuration.
Other functionality includes the ability to inject faults into a systems, and be configured by sink, source or application.
