Switch simulator output module
H1-SWS modules are fixed signal conditioning switch simulator modules used within HIL systems.
Each module may be hardware configured with jumpers for single-ended sink or source and also for differential connection. The modules use relays to provide an accurate simulation of switch contacts and thus may be connected up as switch matrices and other series/parallel combinatorial switches. The ECM I/O lines are also galvanically isolated.
The modules provide over-current limitation for protection against sustained abuse and to prevent damage when performing fault insertion testing.
Modules offer integrated fault insertion ability if required, in combination with a suitable add2 POD.
