Hardware-in-the-loop testing applications
Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing is a test methodology that can be used throughout the development of...
Find out moreThe H2-ECUPSU-M power supply current measurement card enables testing of supply currents fed into electronic modules or loads in HIL test systems.
The board is based on the ‘Genix DSP’ range of boards and utilises Sens-X technology for the ultimate in dynamic range. It’s a two-channel voltage and current measurement board designed to complement the ECM power supply switch card, allowing the current and voltage for any ECM or combination of ECMs to be displayed/measured. The output is available via real-time CAN, and our GDSP-HIL-GUI can be used to monitor or log the current.
Each board is compatible with add2 H1 and H2 series HIL racks, occupying two slots with high current terminals on the front panel. The display is backlit LCD.
The board is normally used in large multi-controller HIL test systems to test one or more Electronic Control Units’ power supply for issues such as power-down (quiescent current) or current management and protection functionality.
